Lee joined the Harkness Henry team in 2019 and has extensive management experience dating back to 2007. Lee’s broad skill base enables her to support the partners with strategic direction, focussing on maintaining the excellent client service that the firm is renowned for. Lee’s calm and steady guidance of the Harkness Henry team enables her to lead in a way which supports positive culture, innovation and high performance.
Lee has an LLB from the University of Canterbury, an LLM (Distinction) from the University of Otago and a PGDipBus (Distinction) from Massey University.
In December of 2020 Lee became a Committee Member of the New Zealand Branch of the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) and is the New Zealand Representative on the National (Australasian) Board of ALPMA.
Lee lives in Nelson, working remotely part of the time and commuting to Hamilton fortnightly. Outside of work Lee cycles, walks and skis, a passion she shares with her two sons. For relaxation Lee enjoys oil painting, playing guitar and singing.
