Bailee Houghton

Bailee joined Harkness Henry in November 2024. She is based in our Hamilton office but co-ordinates marketing for all four of our offices.

With a background in non-profit organisations, Bailee brings fresh energy and a well-rounded marketing skillset to the team. Her experience spans from website design/editing, content creation, event planning and market research.

Her role at Harkness Henry involves business development, digital marketing, internal communications, and event management. She works with the team to help us connect with clients and the community in meaningful ways.

Currently in her final year at the University of Waikato, Bailee is completing a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing and a double minor in Public Relations and Digital Business. She’s set to graduate in 2025 and is already putting her knowledge into action.

When Bailee is outside of work, you can find her at a Pilates class, spending time with loved ones, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
