As our Practice Manager Teresa is responsible for all operational management at Harkness Henry. This includes people management and development, finance, facilities, and administration. She ensures the firm stays efficient, organised, and focused on delivering great legal support. With a passion for teamwork and problem-solving, she is dedicated to making both the team and clients feel supported every step of the way.
Teresa joined Harkness Henry in 2001 as a legal secretary and in 2008 she became our Office Manager.
