Chris is a senior associate in our commercial team with over twenty five years’ experience in a wide range of commercial and property matters. His particular expertise is in company law, commercial joint ventures, contracting, property joint ventures and limited partnerships.
Chris also provides advice on the application of the Companies Act, the Commerce Act, the Personal Property Securities Act and the Financial Markets Conduct Act. He holds a degree in law from the University of Otago.
