Working for civil litigation teams in both Auckland and London previously, Karen brings strong experience to our litigation team. Her specialist areas include building and construction disputes, insolvency and commercial litigation.
Karen has acted for parties involved in leaky building claims in the Weathertight Homes Tribunal and courts, and in adjudications under the Construction Contracts Act. She is also regularly asked to comment on legal issues in BRANZ’s Build Magazine.
She holds a first class honours degree in law and a masters degree with honours in commercial law, as well as an arts degree majoring in history.
