Brett Edwards

Brett graduated from the University of Canterbury in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and joined the Harkness Henry team in January 2023 as a Law Clerk in our Employment team.  In July 2023 Brett was admitted to the Bar and is now a Solicitor in the Employment team.

Brett assists both employees and employers with personal grievances, restructures, meeting invitations, drafting employment agreements and providing employment advice to his clients.  Brett also assists the litigation team with debt recovery matters and other civil disputes.

Prior to joining our team, Brett worked under an independent Barrister supporting him in general practice.  When Brett is not at work, he enjoys exploring the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.
