Kaitlyn is a specialist property lawyer who assists clients with a broad range of property and development matters, including first home purchases, investment property transactions, small and large scale subdivisions, and complex projects for major developers. She takes pride in providing clear, pragmatic advice that helps clients feel informed and confident in their decisions, whether they are stepping onto the property ladder for the first time or managing significant development projects.
She has worked in the legal industry since 2016, beginning her career as an office junior, before progressing to legal secretary, completing her Diploma in Legal Executive Studies, and ultimately earning her Bachelor of Laws. This practical, ground up experience has shaped her into an established property lawyer with a strong understanding of how to support clients at every stage of the property journey.
Alongside her legal practice, Kaitlyn owns and operates an on demand Reformer Pilates studio in Morrinsville, combining her passion for wellbeing, community connection, and entrepreneurial ventures.
