Marise Allan

Marise is an experienced property, private client and commercial solicitor.  She advises and assists a wide range of private and commercial clients in all aspects of their property and commercial dealings including sales and purchases, leasing, franchising, financing and property development.

Marise’s work for her private clients also includes estate planning, family trusts and contracting out agreements where she provides practical and sound advice to achieve a client’s goals.

Marise has worked in law firms in Whangarei, Gisborne and Tauranga before moving to Auckland.  Prior to joining Malloy Goodwin Harford in 2004 she was a partner in a Tauranga-based firm.  Marise was a partner in Malloy Goodwin Harford for 14 years prior to the merger with Harkness Henry.
